Meet the Artists

Kizzey is the co-owner of Get-Modified and our head artist. She started tattooing in 2013 and opened Get-Modified in May 2017. A skilled and well-rounded artist happy to take on most styles, her passion currently lies in freehand work — she loves the freedom it gives her to create truly bespoke artwork that flows perfectly with her clients' bodies. She also adores blending watercolour and black & grey to create high-contrast pieces.

Libby has been tattooing full time since 2019 and has a real passion for animals, nature, and fantasy-themed pieces. She loves to challenge herself and take on complex black work and mandalas. A very talented all-around artist, she's happy to work with clients on ideas to help create unique pieces.

Phillippa has been tattooing since 2019 and has a passion for anime and eye-catching pieces. Her fantasy characters, floral work, line work and colour pieces are just as incredible and detailed — whichever style you go for, it'll be done with the utmost care and precision.

Leanne has been tattooing since 2018, with a passion for fan art and realism styles in both black & grey and full colour. She brings her unique artistic vision to each tattoo, creating custom designs tailored to each client's individual needs and desires.

Nichola started her apprenticeship in spring 2023 and graduated to Resident Artist in December 2025. She's been tattooing clients since summer 2023 and her work has progressed enormously. She loves creating full-colour tattoos — having started as a full-colour hyper-realism artist — but is also pursuing larger black & grey pieces, with an ambition to take on motorbike work in both full colour and black & grey.

Alex has worked in Carlisle since 2022 and has a very strong portfolio she's always looking to expand. She graduated with an honours degree in illustration, specialising in delicate nature-based illustrations, paleoart and natural history — all of which she loves incorporating into her tattoos.

Dale has been tattooing since 2022 and is passionate about traditional and Japanese styles. He has a large collection of pre-drawn flash he's excited to bring to life — some inspired by old-school tattoos, others by pop culture — and is continuously adding to it.
