Do I need to be over 18 to get tattooed?
Yes. You must be over 18 to be tattooed and we'll always ask for valid photo ID — a passport or driving licence. There are no exceptions, even with parental consent.
How do I pay for a tattoo?
Tattoos are cash only. A non-refundable deposit secures your appointment and is deducted from the total price on the day.
How do I book with a particular artist?
Each of our seven resident artists handles their own diary and bookings. Head to the Meet the Artists page to see everyone's work and speciality, then contact your chosen artist directly.
Do you offer consultations before booking?
Yes. Each tattooist offers a no-obligation consultation so you can discuss your idea, placement, size and style before you commit. A deposit is only taken once you decide to book.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to move an appointment, and your deposit transfers once. A no-show or late cancellation means the deposit is forfeited.
Do you offer touch-ups?
Yes — one complimentary touch-up per tattoo, provided it has healed for at least six weeks, is requested within six months, and isn't the result of an aftercare failure.
Where do I book a piercing?
All piercing enquiries and bookings are handled on our dedicated sister site, get-pierced.co.uk, where you can book a 30-minute appointment slot with our APP & UKAPP-accredited piercers.
What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:30am–5:30pm, with Thursday evenings by appointment. We're closed on Sundays and Mondays.
